For those entering the valley from the west, one of the first sights to stop at is Bridalveil Fall. There is a place to park with a short hike to the base of the fall. The fall’s spray sweeps across the last stretch of the path making it a bit slippery. At the end of the path is a spot to sit or stand while admiring the fall. Meanwhile the cool mist that drenches can be refreshing after a long drive on a hot day.
