Tiffany lives in Los Angeles, California. She tends to boss people around. She also bends the truth to suit her current mood. She gives advice to others and tends to puts people down. On the other hand, her advice is sometimes exactly what people need to hear. She tries to make herself appear better than others. She speaks with a seductive voice to get attention.
When Lucy Lou came to visit her, she convinced Lucy Lou to drink alcohol. Tiffany, Lucy Lou, and Billy-Ray ended up drunk. Lucy Lou woke up on the floor and found Tiffany and Billy-Ray in bed together. The confusion and Tiffany’s insensitivity to Lucy Lou’s feelings that ensued seemed to end the friendship. Later, when Tiffany called Lucy Lou at home they became friends again.

Tiffany tried to seem superior to the other girls. She gave advice on how each could improve herself. She told Britini that she smiled too much. She told Ashley to speak in English. She told Lucy Lou not to become a singer because her speaking voice sounded like a dying cat.
She also gave some good advice. She tried to get Ashley to smile more. She told Dan that drinking too much was bad for her and a real waste. Her delivery of the advice was terse but had good motivation.
She always found a way to belittle Lucy Lou. When Lucy Lou was too happy to feel bad, Tiffany pretended to receive a call from Billy-Ray. Tiffany tried to put others down to feel better about herself.
Her attitude proved to be a good way to get the characters to interact that made the audience want to see what would happen next.
Lucy Lou:
(About Britini’s first date) Now you can go on a date together and go to the movies and hold hands and make cupcakes together.
